How do I deal with Panic attacks
1- Control your breathing. Inhale deep breaths through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Complete a series of 4-5.
2- Close your eyes and begin to focus on an object that is in clear sight. Focus all your energy on this one object.
3- Once you settle down, go for a walk, or do something that you enjoy doing ie: crocheting, painting, singing etc.
When dealing with Panic attacks, the key is identifying any triggers or the root cause of the panic attacks. That will help alleviate panic attacks in the future.
